Thousand and One Nights (in Arabic , ألف ليلة وليلة Alf layla wa-layla-lit. Thousand Nights and a Night- , in Persian , هزار و یک شب, Hazar yak shab-o) is a famous collection of stories Arab Middle East medieval technique that uses the framing narrative or Mise en abyme . The core of these stories is formed by an old Persian book called Hazar Afsana (the Thousand Myths) (in Persian هزارافسانه). The compiler and translator of these stories into Arabic is supposedly the storyteller Abu abd-Allah Muhammed el-Gahshigar , who lived in the ninth century . The main story of Scheherezade that in Cairo in 1835 . provides a framework for other stories, seems to have been added in the fourteenth century . The first modern Arabic compilation, made with materials Egyptians, was published

It is believed that many of the stories were collected originally from the tradition of Persia (now Iran ) Iraq, Afghanistan , Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and compiled later, including stories from other authors.

Chekhov


Chekhov was born in Taganrog , was the son of a shopkeeper. In 1887 Chekhov traveled to Ukraine . On his return he opened his La Gaviota, a success that the company played the Moscow Art Theater, after an absolutely disastrous first performance in St. Petersburg theater Alexandrinsky a year earlier.
