The main functions of the Office include: distribute the correspondences between the National and Regional Coordination, follow up on cases assigned to national and regional coordinators, custody decisions, decisions, circulars and advice issued by the public advocate to monitor with which a digital-to-date data and verify that they comply with the formalities of swearing in of personnel required under the Act
Similarly, the Office of Public Defense will have to meet people who come to him, and make the corresponding inter-links, as well as any others, for consideration by the highest authority of the entity to which it is attached, is necessary for the operation of the firm.
